The Equitable Team Assessment
The Equitable Team Assessment measures equitable behaviour
at the team level. As part of the assessment, individual team
members evaluate both themselves and their team as a whole on
the 7 core competencies that define equitable
behaviour.
As a result of completing the Equitable Team Assessment,
individual team members are provided with a
report identifying:
- Their self-ratings and how these compare with how the
team was rated as a whole
- Benchmarking information that allows the team to compare
its performance with teams in the TWI normative
database
- Tailored developmental advice designed to enhance
equitable behaviour within the
team
A facilitated team building session is also available to
explore developmental issues in more detail and build team
synergy.
