Keynote Address & Executive Briefings

Executive Briefing

TWI's Executive Briefings are custom designed for the particular organization and used as a tactical vehicle to obtain commitment from key opinion leaders.  Briefings are led by Trevor Wilson and are for Senior Executives only.  They consist of a customized presentation that is no more than 3 hours in length and can include some interactive exercises.

Executive Briefings should be seen as the beginning of your organization's Diversity Awareness Training.  The four main objectives of the Executive Briefings are as follow:

  1. To raise awareness of the value of diversity and equity.
  2. To articulate the organization's business case for diversity.
  3. To obtain commitment to the organization's diversity vision, strategy and structure.
  4. To align the organization's ideal workplace vision with the Equity Continuum©.

TWI's Executive Training allows Executives to evaluate how far their organization may be from an equitable employment system and establish goals and timetables to move towards Level 5 on the Equity Continuum©.

Topic: The Business Case for Human Equity™

jpg

Trevor Wilson, organizational change strategist, is a global authority on equity, diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace, has worked extensively with leading global Fortune 500 companies to introduce the concept of "Human Equity™", which allows organizations to maximize their return on investment in human capital.

Trevor is also author of the book "Diversity At Work: The Business Case for Equity" which explores the business advantages of valuing employee differences and building a work environment that supports equity for all. In the book Trevor advocates a profound shift in the management paradigm from an "equality" perspective where all employees are treated the same, to a paradigm based on "equity" where employee differences are recognized, valued and utilized.  In this way, employees' unique talents can be aligned with job roles to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.

Trevor's unique brand of Human Equity™ Consulting has most recently catapulted one of Coca-Cola's international divisions to the top performing division worldwide. Read more about  Coca-Cola, Southern and East Africa Division's success story.
