SHAPE V
TWI's Talent Model is comprised of three
Assessments:
1) Assessing Instinctive Behaviours
- Identifies how individuals instinctively behave when
they approach a situation or problem solving task. This
information is then used to inform the types of activities
individuals will do and won't do well.
2) Assessing Areas of Passion
- Provides the opportunity for individuals to discover
their unique ability areas; those things they love to do,
and do exceptionally well.
3) Assessing Personality
- This assessment reveals an individual's top 5 enduring
and unique talents; those areas where they have the greatest
potential for strength.
The resulting Talent Profile provides a one page summary of
the assessment results and defines the types of roles and job
tasks where the individual is likely to excel.
